The full circle ruffle skirt is made with soft and flowing Poly Crepe fabric and adds yet another layer to this adventurous costume. Sizing: The drawstring waist will fit almost any size waist, and the petal overskirt features a waist that fits from 26" to 38". The bodice is intricately designed with 100% cotton in 3 complementary colors for a complete and mesmerizing look.
